CONDITIONS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

* Processing of Personal Data – any action or set of actions performed in whole or in part in the information (automated) system and / or in the files of personal data related to the collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, change, renewal, use and distribution (distribution, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of information about an individual in accordance with Art. 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

** Personal data – information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified, in accordance with Art. 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
The Company will process your personal data for the specified purpose, within your consent, these Terms and in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, the Constitution of Ukraine, the Labor Code of Ukraine and other regulations and internal documents of the Company.Personal data will be processed by the Company in order to (hereinafter – “Purpose”) to implement:
Labor relations;
Administrative and legal relations;
Relations in the field of human resources management, in particular human resources; Leisure relations;
The personal data that you authorize the Company to process includes and / or may include the following:
Last name, first name, patronymic, sex, citizenship, date and place of birth (day / month / year), passport data, registration at the place of residence and actual address, marital status (including family composition), telephone (business, home, mobile), personal e-mail, information on education (including professional certificates, certificates of professional development, foreign language skills, research activities, etc.), information on previous jobs (name of employer, start and end dates) , position, subdivision, length of service), data usually indicated in the resume of job candidates, information on violations of the law, biographical data, biometric data, photographs, registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card from the State Register of Individual Taxpayers (identification number ).
You consent to the Company’s inclusion of your personal Data mentioned above in the Company’s Personal Database “Employee Candidates” with the Purpose defined above, which will be located at: st. Zhylyanska 48.50a, Kyiv, Ukraine.The use of personal data by the Company’s employees related to the processing of your personal data will be carried out only in accordance with their professional, official or employment responsibilities. These employees are obliged to prevent the disclosure in any way of personal data entrusted to them or which became known in connection with the performance of professional, official or labor duties. This obligation shall remain in force after the termination of their personal data activities, except as required by law.
The company is committed to protecting personal data from illegal processing and access to it.
When processing your personal data in accordance with the Purpose set out in these Terms, the Company will have the right to disclose / transfer your Personal Data to a third party (s) without notifying you of such actions.
You consent to changes to your personal data at the request of other personal data subjects.
You consent to the Company’s destruction of your personal information without notifying you of such actions.
The absence in these Terms of Reference of other provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” is not a reason not to apply such other provisions or limit the rights / obligations of the Company and your right to employment.
We inform you of your rights under Art.8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, namely:
know about the location of the personal database containing your personal data, its purpose and name, location and / or place of residence (stay) of the owner or administrator of this database or give a corresponding order to obtain this information to authorized persons, except as provided by law;
receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom your personal data contained in the answer
